Automatic Partition System with New Highlights

The Variflex-EM automatic partition system from DORMA Hüppe celebrated its premiere at BAU 2003. At this year’s construction trade show, the company is presenting this intelligent, programmable, self-positioning partition system with a number of attractive innovations: firstly and immediately available are (1) a double-leafed passdoor and (2) a sliding element with a glazed section featuring full-faced satinised glass. With its internal lighting system, this latter innovation brings brightness into the divided room, with the softly diffused light helping to create a particularly cosy atmosphere. There is a choice of two different light colours for fine-tuning the mood of the enclosed area.

The two new element types bring a further expansion to the already wide range of applications of the Variflex system, which also includes options such as fullwall, telescopic, angled and corner elements, and the alternative of a single passdoor or a fixed-position swing door. This automatic partition system cannot fail but impress with its design excellence and its wide range of finishes.
