The new organisation reflects our growth strategy. It is founded on the DORMA philosophy of flexibility and adaptability in relation to customer requirements. The organisation consists mainly of the following basic elements:
A 14-member Group Executive Committee, in which all strategic decisions are to be taken, and 5 global sales territories with Germany (GER), Americas (AME), North & East Europe (NEE), Mediterranean/Middle East/Africa (MMA) and Asia-Pacific/Australia (APA).
